El Molinete was newly renovated in 2019. The villa is just a short 15 minute flat walk into Moraira and all its amenities, including a lovely sandy beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is only a 7 minute flat walk away so car is not essential.

The villa is laid out over 3 levels, on the first floor there is a large living area and open plan kitchen, fully equipped with coffee machine, microwave, food processor, induction hob and a dishwasher. A large picture window gives spectacular views out to the valley, Moraira town and the sea in the distance. Furnished to a high standard it includes a 4KHD TV with all sky channels, a wood burner and comfortable seating, plus a desk with PC and internet access. On the ground floor there are 4 large bedrooms, 1 king size bed, with en suite shower room and 3 further bedrooms which can be made up as a twin or a super king as required. There are a further 2 bathrooms on this level one with full bath and one shower room.
On the lower ground floor there is a separate apartment, with its own lounge area and 55” 4kHDTV. A kitchenette with coffee machine, toaster, microwave and a fridge, plus 2 further bedrooms, 1 King and 1 smaller twin/double. There is also a shower room. At the top of the villa there is a small roof terrace with table and chairs to enjoy fantastic views of vinyards, Moraira town and the sea.
Outside there is a large swimming pool with separate area for toddlers, and a good shallow end for children The pool can be heated all year round from €150 to €240 per week according to the time of year to cover the high electricity costs at present (although if there is cold weather in winter, the pool probably will not be warm enough to swim in). There is also a poolside shower and toilet. Pool/beach towels are provided. There is a large pool terrace with 12 sun loungers and a summer kitchen with dishwasher, American fridge freezer, a gas BBQ, TV with sky etc, and features a wood burning pizza oven. There are several other seating areas including a chill out area, shaded naya and roof terrace all of which have sea views. A games room features a pool table, a football table and darts board plus a giant Connect 4 game and Jenga block game. There is also a table tennis table and water polo goals to keep everyone entertained.
All bed linen and towels are provided. A welcome pack provided for your arrival includes bread, milk, water, OJ, eggs, ham and cheese, and the kitchen has basic pantry items for you to use. The supermarkets are all nearby and have lots of choice and many English brands and there is an English supermarket in Moraira town for any must haves. The Friday market is excellent for fruit and veg and is within easy walking distance from the villa.
Note we have 2 security cameras in order to help protect the property and your possessions, both only operate when the villa alarms are switched on so that your privacy is maintained. One is in the kitchen facing the door, and one on the games room roof facing the driveway. Video is not stored, so we can only see it live.
Fantastic villa and location
We were a group of 8, ages ranging from 5 to 60, plus friends popping in and out during the holiday. The facilities are second to none and the group made maximum use of the pool, the sports room, and the excellent summer kitchen. Comfort wise there is aircon in all of the rooms, and a laundry room meaning that you don't have to pack so many clothes. There are TV's in the main areas with a good selection of channels. I could carry on but you'd be here all day. The web description and the other reviews tell you all you need to know, facilities wise. The villa is located a short walk from the town, so easy in for the day or an evening meal. It was fantastic. We were received by friends of the hosts who showed us how to use the alarm and left a welcome pack. We had a whatsapp group, so comms with them were quick and easy. They always responded within minutes. The best holiday we've had in a very long time. The kids want to re-book already which says it all. Thanks to Tim, Rick and Helen

Fantastic Villa
Wonderful property perfect for our large family and with everything needed for a fantastic holiday. Large pool and poolside area with pool games and floatables provided, bbq area beside pool and separate darts, table football, table tennis and pool table. Absolutely spotlessly clean inside and out, everything you need for a relaxing stay is available. Short 15 minute flat walk to the supermarket, town and beach for provisions. Superb hosts and house keeper with a warm welcome making our stay relaxing from the very start.

Amazing
Had a fantastic holiday in this villa, just perfect. Saving up for another. Villa was ideal for us all with grand kids and sons and daughters. If anything was wrong, which was very rare, it was sorted quickly. We had the pool heated and glad we did, this was cleaned often. Would definitely recommend.

Magical Moraira
The images in the description do not do justice to how wonderful this property is. We were a party of 9 with teens and 80 year old parent and the property catered for all of us. It is very clean and tidy, the kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to eat in at home. The summer kitchen is equally well equipped and clean. All of the rooms are light and spacious with lots of storage and space for bags and clothes. The villa is in a wonderful location with shops very close by for food and general shopping. The beach is easily walkable and the town has amazing restaurants. Communication with the owners and a welcome from Helen and Rick helped us settle in well, they were available on the phone with any questions / queries and were really helpful. This property is amazing and we will definitely be going back.

The property was perfect for our group, plenty of space to be together or have your own space. weather was great and surrounding area was just right for us walking distance to town and beach.
Fabulous villa and great location
We had a wonderful stay at this excellent villa. Our group ranged from a great grandparent down to a 6m old, and everyone throughly enjoyed the 2 week stay. We have previously stayed in several villas in Moraira/Calpe and this unquestionably provided the best variety of outdoor space for everyone; great large dining table on main living floor; outdoor dining and lounge area on ground floor including automated awning; table and chairs in the poolside kitchen area; courtyard table and chairs outside the apartment. Superb. Villa was very well equipped; very usefully, 2 fridges in main kitchen and a small wine fridge; fridge in apartment and large fridge in pool kitchen - so helpful. Lots of useful ‘extras’; games to use; pool table, darts board, table football, table tennis table, giant connect 4 and so much more….. Lots of pool toys to borrow. Pool with the ‘kids corner’ was a massive hit with all our party and particularly good for the small children in the group. Walk into Moraira is flat and no more than 15min - really convenient for all. Support from owners reps in resort was excellent - great contact before we travelled, comprehensive handover and very easy to contact during our stay - excellent. I can throughly recommend this villa and would love to come back soon!

Everything you could want!
We had two wonderful weeks at this lovely villa. On arrival the villa was immaculately clean and lived up to all our expectations The pool area is huge and easily accommodated our two large families. The outdoor kitchen and toilet/shower were a real bonus. I would unreservedly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in Moraira.

What a beautifully presented, spacious villa. This sleeps 12 plus 1 baby with ease. Great outside kitchen & games area. A lot of fun was had by all playing pool, not to mention the giant connect 4 game. Could not of wished for any place better to spend my birthday. Moraira is also a lovely place. I thoroughly recommend this for a great vacation.

Wonderful villa, even better than the photos. The outside space is amazing, with lots of sun till 6pm (June). The location is very good, only 15 mins walk to town or beach. Loads of great restaurants in the busy town to choose from. I don’t think you need a car here - we got a big Mercadona delivery at the start of the week which was a great idea.
We had a great and relaxing week in a beautiful villa. Pool size is perfect for the amount of people it sleeps. Another review mentioned the smaller bedroom only being suitable for one person - we disagree, yes it’s a bit smaller but still fine (perfect for two kids) and you have the extra space in the apartment anyway. Make sure you look at the PC for photos of the villa before the refurb - what a difference!

Christmas family break
We spent 2 1/2 weeks at the villa with family and friends , ages ranging from 1 year old - 75 years old ! Fantastic villa , loved the pool , games room and summer kitchen, literally had everything we needed . A short flat walk into town where there is an abundance of cafes / bars / restaurants alongside the beach and the harbour.
Excellent communication throughout , easy check in / check out and always very responsive if we had a query.
I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if holidaying in a group.

Just wonderful
This beautiful villa did not disappoint, everything is exactly as described. Communication is excellent, location is good and the standard of facilities is excellent. We enjoyed evenings sat outside watching the tiny lizards and just taking in the beautiful surroundings. We would definitely recommend paying the extra to have the garden sprayed though, we did this and during our 1st week there were just one or two mosquito bites amongst us but during the 2nd week a few of us suffered quite a bit with one of our party being particularly tasty and acquiring 18 angry bites in total. We did however have 2 storms where it rained so this probably made it worse. My only suggestion for improvement would be a cover for the soft seating area as we had the threat of bad weather 3 times during our stay and each time had to remove the cushions and then put them back the next day, even though we weren’t using them, as they take up quite a bit of space. (This is by no means a criticism, just a suggestion)
I would definitely recommend this villa and guarantee you will not be disappointed!

The villa is perfect for a large group and has all the amenities you need whilst on holiday, the local town is also great with lots of nice restaurants and bars. The hosts are also really friendly and happy to help with queries.

Moraira family holiday
The property can take 12 guests and there is plenty of outdoor space for everyone. The weather was excellent so outside all the time, seating in the lounge would be tight if 12 people wanted to sit down together. Hosts were excellent and we felt we could have contacted them at anytime. The en-suite could do with a deep clean around the tiles and football, darts and pool table could do with an upgrade. Great villa and great location.

Good observations on the games room, we replaced the pool table just after your stay with a much newer, high quality slate table which is designed for outdoor use, and we have tidied up the football table and the surrounds of the dart board (the board was new actually, but we are going to try to get guests to refrain from having children use it who have been making a mess of the surrounds). We have also addressed the en suite. The outside covered naya seats 12 people and has outdoor heaters, the lounge can seat 7 on the sofas, 6 on the breakfast table and a few around the kitchen island.

The property was ideal for our family gathering. The games area was a real bonus.
This property gave us the opportunity to gather as a family. It was a personal and expensive choice to have the pool heated as we had a couple of 2 yr. old grandchildren with us. My only suggestion would be having to pay each day for an extra cot when renting a villa that sleeps 12 people.
Hi Alice, thank you for your 5 star review. It’s good that the pool was warm enough for your 2 year old grandchildren. Electricity prices are even more expensive in Spain than England so we do have to cover our costs to heat the pool unfortunately, although unlike many other villas we don’t charge extra for normal electricity usage. We provide and assemble a cot and high chair for free, for any additional ones we charge the rental cost for the number of days that guests want them for. Thanks for looking after the villa, hope you can come again.

Lovely spacious holiday villa
We had delayed our family holiday twice due to covid, however it was worth the wait to spend a week together in this fantastic, well-equipped home! Both outside and inside spaces are generous and allowed us all to gather together and equally enjoy a bit of space on our own if needed. The pool area is fantastic with comfy loungers, shades and an outside kitchen..we spent most of our holiday there!
The town is an easy 15/20 minute stroll with a huge choice of bars and restaurants to choose from and the supermarket is just a few minutes walk away..so no need to for a hire car.
Our family had an amazing week, thanks so much for renting us your lovely home and also thanks to Helen and Rick for key handover and lots of helpful information during our stay - would thoroughly recommend to anyone and hope we can return sometime soon!

We had a lovely stay in this villa and perfect place to stay with kids of varying ages.
The villa is well equipped and has a stunning garden and outdoor space which was great for our party of 12 people of varying ages. Location is very close to all amenities and Moraira centre (walking distance to everywhere).Communication with owners and property managers was great from beginning to end and the few very minor issues we had were very quickly resolved within a few hours and communication with the property managers was easy too.
Overall a great villa for a large group and it had everything we needed. The main kitchen is a little small for a big group (only two small fridges and no freezer inside.) However it did have an outdoor kitchen (with a large fridge) which we really needed to use during our stay. The villa did have a slightly musty smell but this was probably due to it being closed for a while before our stay. Overall a highly enjoyable stay and would recommend it!
