We have tried to make our booking process as simple as possible. This can be done by email info@morairaholidayhome.com

1. Check availability

If the villa is available for the dates you've requested, then we will email you a quote which will include the rental price, the refundable security deposit, the required "Reservation Deposit" to secure your booking.

2. Booking

The personal information we "require" at this stage are your: -
Full name and address
Contact number and email address

3. Reservation deposit

Once we have the above information we will email you the details on how you can make payment. A 25% or £500 non-refundable "Reservation Deposit" is required to secure your booking with the remaining balance together with the security deposit being due six weeks before the arrival date. If your booking is less than six weeks away, then we would require payment in full.

4. Confirmation & final payment

Once payment has been received, we will email you your "Booking Confirmation". Six weeks prior to your arrival we will send you a "Balance Due" reminder via email and once the final balance is paid we will send you the villa information pack which will contain information about what to do when you arrive along with relevant contact telephone numbers should you have an problems during your stay.



Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your name as the payment reference. Confirmation will be sent as soon as the funds have cleared in our account.
