Policies
Cancellation policy
100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.
House rules
- Check in : after 16:00
- Check out : before 10:00
- Maximum overnight guests : 12 (sleeps up to 12 adults)
- Minimum age to rent : 25
- Children allowed : ages 0-17
- Pets allowed : up to 2 well behaved cats or dogs of any size
- Events allowed : weddings, family gatherings, birthday parties
- Smoking allowed : only outside of the property
Late check ins 9pm - midnight incurs a €35 fee, after midnight €50 fee, payable locally.
Aircon usage monitored- excessive use will incur extra charges.
1 set of bed linen per person provided- extra sets will incur a local fee.
